What size cakes are suitable?

Our Cake Staging System is designed to accommodate cakes up to 9 inches in diameter, with 8-inch cakes providing the most balanced look.

For smaller cakes (5–7 inches), we recommend adding our matching cake ball garlands to help fill the space and create a professionally styled finish.

For cakes larger than 9 inches, or for tiered cakes such as wedding cakes, we recommend removing some of the backdrop panels to create additional space. Alternatively, the illuminated stage can be used on its own as a glowing cake platform, allowing larger cakes to remain the centrepiece while still enjoying the beautiful lighting effect.
Is the plinth included?

No. The plinth shown in our photos is used for styling and photography purposes only and is not included.

To elevate your cake, you can place the Cake Staging System on a wide cake stand, which looks beautiful on dessert tables and buffet setups. For the elevated look shown in our product photos, we use a plinth approximately 80cm high.

Foldable plinths are widely available online from stores such as Temu and Shein. Simply search “foldable plinth” to find a range of affordable options.
Is this a one time use product?

No — this is a reusable system designed to grow with your child.

Simply keep your cake stage and swap out themes each year to create a completely new birthday look without buying everything again.

How long does it take to setup?

Once your vinyls have been applied and your cake is decorated, assembly happens on the birthday and takes around 2 minutes at the venue.
Can I request a custom theme if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

Yes — we offer custom designs based on your theme or inspiration.
